Important Things to Know

You can track you vehicle anytime by calling us at
888-628-1277 or submitting an
online tracking
request.

Your car is safe through out its voyage and transport!
Insured and handled with care.

You will need to know your Vehicles Identification Number, this
information can be found on your insurances card. You will also need to
know your license plate number.

Proof of Ownership (Title/Registration/Letter of Authorization from
a non-present party listed as the owner)

No personal items may be stored in your vehicle. If any personal
items are found in the vehicle, it may cause a delay to your shipment
and/or be discarded.

Your gas tank should have no more than a 1/4 tank of fuel when it is
delivered to the port.

Wash your vehicle. It will help with the
inspection process. If your vehicle is too dirty it may be turned away.

Don't top off your gas tank, keep it low, in between 1/8th to 1/4th of a tank as this saves quite a bit of weight which the shipping companies appreciate. |
